To join Test Mode on Chromebooks, follow the steps outlined here.
If you are not getting the invitation to join Test Mode, or are unable to open ClassCalc as a kiosk app, make sure that:
- You are using a Chromebook made in 2017 and up
- You are using ClassCalc as a Kiosk app (your IT Administrator will have to set this part up as outlined here), and are signed in to your ClassCalc account
- You are in your teacher's virtual classroom
The most likely issue is that your IT Administrator has not whitelisted ClassCalc as a Kiosk app, as explained here. To fix this, put us in touch with your IT Administrator. We can be reached any time at team@classcalc.com.
