- Make sure app is updated to the latest version. (Android | iOS)
- Make sure the operating system is updated to the latest version. (Android | iOS)
- Make sure cellular data is turned on for ClassCalc or that you have proper internet connection. (Android | iOS)
- Make sure you are logged into ClassCalc
